Design Notes
The secondary structure is important to the function of an RNA thermosensor. We designed the thermosensor according to the stem length, loop size and base bulge.
Source
The thermosensor sequence is not derived from any organism. We designed it on our own and synthesized this sequence from a synthesis company. Other sequence derived from iGEM Registry of Standard Biological Parts.
