CBD cipA fused to BMP2 under the control of LacI promoter

The human bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2) is fused to the C-terminus of the cellulose binding domain (CBD) of the scaffolding protein cipA of Clostridium thermocellum. This part is flanked by preffix and suffix in RFC10.

Because of the BMP2 C-terminal domain provides the osteoginic activity (Schmoekel et al., 2005), we have decided to fuse it N-terminally to the CBD cipA.
