Broad host range regulatory element (strength 4)

This broad host range regulatory element consists of a constitutive promoter and a ribosome binding site which can be used for gene expression across different bacterial species. The part sequence was obtained from Johns et al. (ID 24025) and is originally found in Acidaminococcus fermentans.
