This construct contains pBAD (L-arabinose inducing promoter) with RBS and CueR (a transcription factor that binds onto pCopA). CueR under the control of the promoter it regulates would produce a positive feedback loop, making the construct more sensitive to different copper concentrations.
BBa_K2555002 including araC, the promoter of pBAD, ribosome binding site, and CueR. In E.coli. arabinose combined with araC which can active pBAD promoter. And the pBAD promoter will generate CueR.
