Yno1-sgRNA--pSB1C3

This part consists of the promoter SNR52p, sgRNA and the terminator cyc1. The promoter SNR52p is an constitutive promoter that is always used for transcription of small fragment RNA like single guide RNA used in our project. The sgRNA is an artificial RNA that is designed for combination of a target gene. In this project, sgRNA is designed to inhibit expression of yno1, whose overexpression will lead to accumulation of ROS.Here shows the function of sgRNA in this project.
