BNP promoter-eGFP-poly(A)
Usage and Biology
This is a mammalian eGFP generator used for characterization of our BNP promoter (BBa_K2865000). This GFP generator contains the BNP promoter sequence with eGFP reporter in RFC25 format(BBa_K2865005) and SV40 polyA terminator (BBa_K2865004). This eGFP generator was then transfected into H1N9 cells and in vivo green fluorescence signal was observed under confocal microscope. This GFP generator was then transfected into H1N9 cells and in vivo green fluorescence signal was observed under confocal microscope. pEGFP-N1 (Clontech) served as the positive control. It contains the CMV promoter and EGFP reporter. A GFP generator that does not contain the CMV promoter was used as the negative control.
