Applications of BBa_J63009
This biofusion vector, which is modified from the biobrick standard, is used for sub-cloning and concatenation of protein coding regions as well as regulatory regions. It yields less DNA than the standard biofusion vector (BBa_J63010) per 5 mL o/v culture and mini-prep, so only remains for a small number of individual yeast parts.
