plac-lux-cI-mCherry

In our project this part is used on the A side. Expression is detected with the fluorescence protein mCherry and repressed by Lac repressor.

This part is designed to move to the B side in our project by digesting with DraIII or AatII to adjaust the repression rate on the both sides.

This part is for our second plan, in case BBa_I751011 doesn't work.
