pcI-lux-lac-mCherry on pBR Standard

This is made for A-side plasmid in our project.

Expression is detected with the fluorescence protein mCherry and repressed by lambda cI.

This part is designed to move to the B side in our project by digesting with DraIII or AatII to adjaust the repression rate on the both sides.
