WM_Pad1

Along with BBa_K2680501, this allows easy PCR of inserts for confirmation of colonies or for the generation of additional DNA for 3G assembly (without miniprep). Further, these WM_Pad sequences allow for high-quality PCR of iGEM backbones for use in Gibson Assembly.
