Modified T7 Promoter with Gal4 Binding Site in pClone mScarlet

Modified T7 promoter (J100404) in which "TAATAC" has been removed and the 17 base pair sequence of the Gal4 binding site has replaced it inserted into pClone mScarlet (J100397). This encodes for mScarlet when inserted in into pClone mScarlet. When present the Gal4 protein will bind to this site.
