Modified T7 Promoter Gal4 Binding Site in pClone Red

Gal4 binding site inserted within a T7 promoter consensus sequence; "TAATAC" has been removed and the 17 base pair sequence has replaced it. This encodes for RFP when inserted in into pClone. When present the Gal4 protein will bind to this site.
