pClone mScarlet

J100397 (pClone mScarlet) is a modification of pClone Red J119137. We removed RFP and inserted mScarlet using Eco RI on the 5' end of mScarlet, and PstI on the 3' end. This device is ideal for testing new promoters and has been used for course base undergraduate research experiences (CUREs).
