UNIQa23f5391c2720096-partinfo-00000000-QINU UNIQa23f5391c2720096-partinfo-00000001-QINU I have been working with this part for several months, in which it has consistently worked. Leaky expression does appear to be a problem after 24+ hours, but it is quite stable until then.
note: the receiver construct is currently hosted on a psb2K3 plasmid.
