Physical Shipment

    iGEM teams must follow the shipping guidelines for submitting samples of their parts
  • Samples must be sent as miniprepped plasmid DNA (pSB1C3). Dry down 10ul of 25ng/ul DNA for a total 250ng.
  • Submitted in 96 well plates, sealed completely (adhesive foil/plastic), and covered with a protective lid. Materials are provided in the Submission Kit
  • Shipments must have a tracking number in the online Submission Form. The Registry uses this to keep track of submissions and for deadline requirements.
