nMagHigh
nMag, a light-induced dimerization protein derived from VVD protein family, mutates at I52D/M55G. Its corresponding protein, nMag also derived from the VVD protein, mutates at I52R/M55R. They can heterodimerize under blue light irritation (470 nm, 3 mW/cm2). Their light sensing molecule is flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) which is normal in nearly all organisms.
This part is nMag-High, whose binding efficiency is much higher than the origin nMag. It's function is proved by parts
If you want to use it, remember to fuse this part with the part you are interested in through a 12aa-linker.
