Usage and Biology
We created this for fusion protein. In order to make our scFv visible on test strip, we decide to add a RFP on it. Before making it a fusion protein we have to take the barcode off, that’s why we have this part created. If there are other iGEM teams who want to make their protein visible, they can apply this part.
