Promoter calibrator device

As an application of our [http://2007.igem.org/Valencia/Comparator comparator] we have designed a [http://2007.igem.org/Valencia/Promoter_calibrator promoter calibrator] that, in this case, compares pOmpR and pOmpRm, that is, the strenghts of the regular pOmpR to a mutated version of it.

Again, these constructions (BBa_I730010 and BBa_I730014) are not planned to be assembled on the same plasmid, as they would come from the modular design of the comparator device.
