The iGEM Bulgaria 2017 team used this part. We added a GFP or RFP under Ptet promoter to this part. TetR is constitutively produced, but still some basal fluorescence was detected in an uninduced samples (left tube on the picture below, the right one is induced).

After careful sequence analysis we discovered a LVA-like tag fused to TetR that is not mentioned into the part's description.
