In the process of our project we came up with several Pts1 variant that were supposed to function in combination with designed Pex5 variants. This part is one of the Pts1 variants we came up with &minus; it is the result of molecular dynamics simulations. We call it P3.

We designed a wild type Pts1 to tag proteins of interest for peroxisomal translocation. This Pts1 sequence was taken from Dueber et al. (2016)
