The part BBa_K2205025 was designed as Processor unit of the Sensynova multicellular framework for biosensors development (Figure 1).

This part is the intermediate part produced in the making of part BBa_K2205025 which was made to test the modularity of the system by inserting the PSP3 Phage Sensitivity Tuner (BBa_K274381) construct between the two parts of the empty processing module of the Sensynova platform.

In this part (BBa_K2205028), the part BBa_ K274381 is under the control of our connector 1, part BBa_K2205010, however, not yet controlling our connector 2, part BBa_K2205011.

When complete, the system will work through the repression of the part BBa_K274381 except in the presence of connector 1 subsequently activating the transcription of connector 2 (C12 – RHL) triggering the reporter modules of the platform.
