Description
The part BBa_K2205025 was designed as Processor unit of the Sensynova multicellular framework for biosensors development (Figure 1).
This part was made to testing the modularity of the system by inserting the PSP3 Phage Sensitivity Tuner (BBa_K274381) construct between the two parts of the empty processing module of the Sensynova platform.
The part BBa_ K274381 is under the control of our connector 1, part BBa_K2205010, while controlling our connector 2, part BBa_K2205011.
This system is normally repressed expect in the presence of connector 1 subsequently activating the transcription of connector 2 (C12 – RHL) triggering the reporter modules of the platform.
