[aTc] -> PoPS

[aTc]->PoPs converter. When [http://openwetware.org/wiki/ATc aTc (anhydrotetracycline)] is present, the repression of Ptet (Part:BBa_R0040) by constitutively expressed tetR(Part:BBa_C0040)(regulated by constitutive promoter PlacIQ(Part:BBa_I14032)) is relieved. Thus the downstream sequence of Ptet could be transcribed. The tetR protein we use here is LVA-tagged, to reduce its half life for better fast kinetics. However, the data from our measurement shows that this converter is not fit for this project and is abandoned at last.
