A thyroid stimulating hormone antagonist, with His-tags for purification, under control of the salicylic acid-inducible promoter, PR2. The terminator is the nopaline synthase gene terminator, native to <i> Agrobacterium tumefaciens </i>. This construct in contained within the pGB-A2 plasmid. It should be used to express and create the TSH antagonist in the presence of salicylic acid.

TSH antagonist under control of the PR2 promoter


This construct contains the PR2 promotor, and the TSHH coding sequence. This does not contain a terminator sequence.
This part is contained within the Phytobrick level 1 pGB-A2 plasmid.
The PR2 promoter is induced by the plant hormone salicylic acid.
