Plac-RFP(LAA)
Lactose/IPTG inducible promoter with RBS, RFP reporter tagged with LAA-ssrA degradation tag and terminator. The tagged RFP is actively degraded within cell (Figure 1), thus provides better temporal resolution of red fluorescence and promoter activity.
