Plant defensin corn 1(pdc1)-antifungal peptide
The defensin PDC1 peptide of corn could be effectively used to restrict the Fusarium head blight mainly caused by F. graminearum. The PDC1 peptide inhibits F. graminearum growth and viability, it has potential as a control agent for the disease.
