LacI Repressor and Promoter Wild Type Control

This part is can be used as a control for BBa_K611010 and BBa_K611013, which test either C0012 and R0010 mutants respectively.

For 2017, Team UAlberta submitted a new part, BBa_J23106), which eliminates the need to add arabinose as an extra additive.
