Strong promoter pcat and promoter plux start the line, luxl generator produce AHL, and AHL combined with luxR products will promote the expression of plux. The lacl products will inhibiting the expression of plac promoter to achieve the purpose of inhibiting the expression of RFP, while the GFP express normally.
