This is an improved RFC[1000] compatible version of the BBa_E0040 GFP part (https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_E0040).
The changes are:
1) A silent mutation to remove a BsaI recognition site.
2) RFC[1000] specific prefix and suffix with CDS fusion sites (AATG in the 5' end; GCTT in the 3' end).
