gRNA for Cas9 targeting STE2 in S. cerevisiae
The sequence for the promoter SNR52 and gRNA that creates a deletion in STE2. STE2 encodes the alpha-factor pheromone receptor [1]. The gRNA successfully created a deletion on STE2.
BBa_K2329001 is a central part of our project, as replacing the native GPCR STE2 is vital to ensure that the only GPCR present on the yeast cell is the heterologous GPCR introduced by us.
