Design Notes
This sequence is modified for use in yeast as the terminator of HO. This gene encodes a subunit of the cytochrome bc1 complex, which plays an important role in the mitochondrial respiratory chain by transferring electrons from the Rieske iron-sulfur protein to cytochrome c.
Source
We use PCR to amplify the part from a PRS-415 CAS9 plasmid.
