Lambda Phage J-Chain tail protein, N-Terminus HIS tag

'Lambda Phage J-Chain tail protein, N-Terminus HIS tag' codes for a subcloned portion of the Lambda Phage tail protein complex with an N-Terminus HIS tag. This subcloned portion of the tail complex is known as the 'J-Chain' and is located at the terminal binding site of the tail protein complex, which is known to bind to the outer membrane protein LamB in Escherichia coli. The C-terminus HIS tag allows for greater ease, and additional options for purification of the J-Chain tail protein.
