Lead ion detector

This part is designed to detect lead ion following the concept of B. It consists of two parts: (1) PbrR generation:this part produces PbrR which can form a dimer of Pb2+ - PbrR in the presence of Pb2+ . (2) RFP expression: this part is controlled by a promoter(BBa_I721001) which has a binding site of dimer of Pb2+ /PbrR. RFP expression can be observed when the dimer binds onto the promoter.

We redo ligation and do function assay.
