Superfolder GFP (SF-GFP)
The reporter gene super folder GFP (SFGFP) that was used by Chappell et al. (2015) in the initial design of the STAR system. We decided to use this SFGFP sequence for our STAR part as well, since it’s compatibility with the STAR sequence was validated by Chapell et al. (2015).
Usage and Biology
Excitation wavelength in 485 nm and emission wavelength is 520nm. Sequence and Features
