All Ribozyme constructs were sequence confirmed using Sanger sequencing.
As our BBa_K2066030 and BBa_K2066031 ( without RiboJ constructs) already showed a collapsed transfer function we did not need to pursue characterizing the + RiboJ condition for our pTac promoter variants.
