J23119+B0032+CI+B0015

J23119 is strong constitutive promoter，cI is an inhibitor which is built to repress the activity of pR promoter. We linked two elements by medium ribosome binding site(RBS) B0032 to build this device. The expression efficiency of cI depends on the concentration of plasmid within limits. So, we want to control the promoter strength to influence the expression efficiency of inhibitor.
