Secondary Structure mFold was used to generate the secondary structure of the terminator. The part is derived from BBa_B0010 forming the long palindromic sequence and the BBa_B0012 sequence formimg the relative bottom hairpin. The last nine base pairs of the 3' have been removed compared to the BBa_B0015 part.
