Pompc_CI_p-lamda_sfGFP

We inserted a CI protein-terminator-Pλ between Pompc and sfGFP to change the red-TCS from being activated by darkness and inhibited by red light into being activated by red light but inhibited by darkness.

Characterization

Principle

Considering that PompC is a red light inhibited promoter, we designed a NOT Gate to realize our purpose of a light-activating system. Pλ is a promoter which can be inhibited by protein CI. We use this part combined with CI to realize the main function of regulating the whole system.
