Synthetic Enhancer Project: NRII2302 Upstream Regulatory Region with Promoter
This is the upstream region of NRII2302 mutant coding region in the pACT Tet plasmid from Amit et. al. It contains the promoter that drives the expression of NRII2302, a mutated protein that only has kinase activity that allows it to phosphorylate the NRI protein to let it activate and bind to the enhancer region of the synthetic enhancer circuit.
