pT7 TetX-GFP(fusion protein)

T7 promoter with RBS, and the fusion protein of tetX and GFP(referred to as tetX-GFP, BBa_K2150013) with double terminator.

This part is designed to produce a high level of the degrading enzyme in the presence of T7 RNA polymerase(see BBa_K21500028).
