we inserted a CI protein-terminator-Pλ between Pompc and sfGFP to change the red-TCS from being activated by darkness and inhibited by red light into being activated by red light but inhibited by darkness.We also adopted in-fusion cloning to add the gene of Ho1 as well as pcyA,which play pivotal toles in both two TCS.
