Applications of BBa_K1934061

This part has been transferred into E. coli NM522 for expression. After 6 hours at 37°C, IPTG was added to a final concentration of 1mM. The expression culture was grown overnight at 30°C. We then used instructions provided on the Ni-NTA columns kit from Qiagen to purify the protein.
