Cry11Aa(Codon optimization)+Extended FMDV 2A+Cyt1(Codon optimization)

Cry11Aa and Cyt1 are protein from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) which have toxicity to the larvae of mosquito.We used 2A system to express two proteins at the same time in Chlamydomonas reinhardti. These two proteins express at the same time can enhance the toxicity to the larvae of mosquito.
