The fold change between pSB3K3-PhlFp - BBa_E0240 and negative control (pSB3K3-BBa_E0240)<b> is 13.2, which is same as that of <b>pSB3K3-BBa_J23101-B0032-C0012-B1006- PhlFp -E0240<b>. Since their RFU are similar and almost the same, it proves that there is no cross-talk between lacp<i> and <i>Phlfp<i>(BBa_K1899004
