CCW (GFP-CC+ secretion expression vector)
Our team established the part to ensure that the CC peptide can be synthesis by E.coli and we can use this part to detect heavy metals. We added the part into a secretion expression vector to make it easier to be detected. Also, we tested the binding efficiency of CC. (Fig.1)
