Fungal promoter PgpdA

PgpdA is the Aspergillus nidulans glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase promoter. This 2.1kb promoter containing a minimal gpdA promoter(BBa_K2040200) was isolated from vector pAN7-1(GenBank: Z32698.1).

Usage and Biology

To test the activity of gpdA promoter in entomopathogenic fungi Metarhizium.anisopliae, NYMU 2016 also constructed a composite part(BBa_K2040122) containing a mRFP coding region and put it downstream the promoter.

Results indicate this gpdA promoter
