Design Notes
It is a lactic acid balance circuit in E.coli with lactose signal to initiate. And when the pH environment are within 7 to 9,the host strain will prepare beta-galactosidase for next lactose input.
beta-galactosidase coding gene are alpha domain of laz,it functions only in E.coli strain which contains lacZ operon.
