Acetate kinase (ackA) from Synechocystis

This parts contains the coding region of Acetate kinase (AckA) from Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803. It's involved in the Phosphate acetyltransferase-acetate kinase pathway and catalyzes the conversion of acetyl-CoA to acetate. In our project this part was overexpressed in Synechocystis to increase the acetate production.
