Applications of BBa_K2077000
We have verified the function of the selectable markers, the promoter, the terminator, and the biobrick prefix and suffix in pSB416-GPD. By4741 transformed with pSB-416 GPD regained the ability to grow on CSM—URA as shown in Figure 1 & 2. Figure 2 demonstrates the function of the promoter, terminator and the biobrick prefix and suffix in pSB416-GPD. The yeast on the bottom row of the figure were transformed with pSB416-GPD with mls-yeGEP inserted into the vector using the bio brick prefix and suffix. The fluorescence demonstrated by the yeast verifies the function of the promoter and terminator in the vector.
