Endolysin with RBS and terminator. N-terminal HisTag
This biobrick is comprised by the mutated endolysin (BBa_K1904000) assembled with B0034 (RBS) and B0015 (double terminator), all in RFC10 standard. This intermediate biobrick should be cloned into a promoter-containing plasmid for its usage. This part was complemented with a N-terminal HisTag in order to allow its purification via a Nickel-affinity chromatography.
